The Loft at Brockweir

The Loft at Brockweir is set in the beautiful Lower Wye Valley countryside, in a designated AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty).

The construction of the building is entirely of locally produced oak, and has a warm, natural feel to it, while still managing to look modern and spacious. The roof is entirely made from slates containing solar voltaic cells, that help to light and power the shop, even producing surplus electricty in the summer to feed into the national grid.

Rates for use of The Loft at Brockweir for meetings or conferences

Half day 8.30am – 1pm or 1.30am – 6pm £80 + VAT


Evening 6pm – 10pm £75 + VAT


All day 8.30am – 6pm £125 + VAT

 

Reduction of 20% for bookings of three days or more
Reduction of 25% for Community or Charity Bookings

Use of Computer facilities inc Internet £30 per session

Custom designed ICT training from £200, depending on type of course - please contact us for a quotation.

Provision of Drinks £3 per person

Catering can be provided, either a buffet in the room or hot food served in the café (Price on request). Alternatively, participants may purchase goods from the shop/café.
